SAN DIEGO - Prevost Construction announces that it has recently completed customized tenant improvements for the San Diego campus of the largest and oldest golf college in the world, San Diego Golf Academy (SDGA).

The Shidler Group retained Prevost Construction for the $800,000 project located in their newly acquired, Carlsbad Airport Corporate Center. The 18,486-square-foot facility provides SDGA with multiple classroom and training rooms for their growing student base which currently totals 237 students. Prevost was also instrumental in the close coordination of tenant vendors that provided HD camera systems to be used for the swing analysis machines, putting greens, golf simulation machines and open driving range areas. The build-out also featured a state of the art club construction and repair workshop, break room lounge, and new reception area.

Adding the finishing touches to Prevost Construction's improvements were subcontractors H&H Demo, American Insulation, McBride Door and Hardware, Ski's Glass, KT Construction, GP Acoustics, Howard's Rug Company, General Coatings, Mission Valley Cabinets, Gus Ballas Plumbing, Control Air Corporation and Sunwest Electric.
