SAN DIEGO - Prevost Construction recently completed customized tenant improvements for the new corporate headquarters of First Business Bank located in the Del Mar Heights' area of San Diego. The new space will serve as a full-service branch including cash management and business lending.

Cruzan Monroe retained Prevost Construction for the $581,465 first generation build-out of its new 6,400-square-foot shell space located in Paseo Del Mar, a new Class A office campus at 12265 El Camino Real, Suite 100, San Diego 92130.

Prevost's tenant improvements included a new exterior ATM installation and entry to the suite, interior glass walls, wood veneer walls, marble floor tiles, and direct-indirect lighting throughout. Dan Dreesen was project manager and Matt Elliot was the superintendent for Prevost. Interior Design was provided by Hurkes Harris Design Associates with Sandra Clark of Space Matters providing overall move management services for First Business Bank.

Paseo Del Mar, is a 240,000-square-foot office project owned by KBS Realty, dba Paseo Del Mar CA, LLC. The project sits on 11 acres and features three, three-story buildings.
