PREVOST COMPLETES TWO PROJECTS FOR TRIZEC PROPERTIES
Construction is complete for a 10,850 SF remodel of office space for the accounting firm of Levitz, Zacks, and Ciceric at 701 “B” St in downtown San Diego. A new entry lobby and reception area was constructed in addition to extensive finish upgrades throughout the suite. The remaining 14,000SF of vacant space on the floor was demolished and returned to shell condition along with construction of a new common area corridor and elevator lobby with upgraded wood and stone finishes. Prevost has also completed new construction for the Law Offices of Fitch, Even, Tabin and Flannery at 9276 Scranton Rd, suite 300 at Sorrento South Corporate Center in Mira Mesa. The law firm relocated from the 9330 building at the same property to accommodate their expanding business and was represented by Jeff Chasan of GVA/IPC. Both projects were designed by Carin Weisman of Hurkes Harris Design Associates. Jamie Prevost, President of Prevost Construction, reports the overall value of both projects at just over $1million. Trizec Properties recently acquired both properties in a multi-building transaction with Arden Realty earlier this year.
