Prevost Construction has completed construction on a new 22,000 SF corporate office tenant improvement for Cibus Global, LLC (a local Life Science Company) as part of a campus-wide building renovation and LEED® project at 6455 & 6465 Nancy Ridge Drive in Sorrento Mesa. Project featured approximately 15,000 SF of newly built lab space to accommodate CIBUS GLOBAL’S scientific research. In addion, a growth chambers room - that can simulate any type of climate in the world, a large cold storage room, kitchen, breakroom, conference room and executive offices were built. A 3,200 SF greenhouse was also constructed as part of the project to grow the crops used in their research and development.
