Prevost Construction negotiated a design-build from concept to
completion for The Countryside Veterinarian Hospital located in North
San Diego County. This premier facility includes a surgical center,
dental area, exam rooms, isolation areas and recovery areas. It is
equipped with oxygen, a scavenging system, central vacuum, exhaust
and special ventilation systems. Prevost ensured the extensive
plumbing and drain systems were accessible from under the
foundation. The entireflooring system is seamless epoxy,raised on all
walls from eight inches in the general areas, to four feet in the large
animal containmentareas. Custom millwork and cabinetry design were
critical to the functionof each area in the hospital.
