Prevost Construction was selected by Veralliance Properties, in joint
venture with BioMed Realty Trust, for a 16,923-square-foot build-out valued
at $2.1 million for Scripps Health. The state-of-the-art facility is located in
Sorrento Mesa. It is occupied by Scripps Clinic's pathology department and
serves as an inpatient and outpatient testing facility for the areas of
chemistry, hematology, coagulation, immunology and flow cytometry.
