Prevost Construction completed tenant improvements for the largest corporate office of Barney and Barney LLC which is located in La Jolla Gateway, a building in UTC owned and managed by The Irvine Company. This 36,500-square-foot project consisted of complete demolition of two full floors and the build-out of new interior space designed by Scott Peterson of Gensler Architects. The project consisted of new entry lobbies with hard lids and accent lighting, new conference centers equipped with state-of-the-art audio visual systems, new executive offices throughout mixed with open space for furniture systems, and a new data center. The Prevost team coordinated the efforts of their subcontractors as well as the building owner, property manager, tenant rep project manager and multiple tenant vendors, to complete the entire project in 12 weeks.
