Prevost Construction completed customized tenant improvements in March 2008 for the new corporate headquarters of First Business Bank located in the Paseo Del Mar office project in the Del Mar Heights area of San Diego. The new space serves as a full-service branch including cash management and business lending. Prevost was retained by Cruzan | Monroe for the first generation build-out which included a new exterior ATM installation, suite entrance, interior glass walls, wood veneer walls, marble floor tiles, and direct-indirect lighting throughout.
