Prevost Construction completed nearly $1 million in tenant improvements for the San Diego office of JPI located in Ocean Ridge at Carlsbad Ranch. Prevost Construction, which has completed several tenant improvement projects in Ocean Ridge, was retained by La Salle Investment Management for the JPI space upon La Salle's acquisition of the project in December 2007. The shell build-out for the real estate firm included polished granite floors for the reception area and boardroom, rich mahogany wood paneling, full height multi-textured glass walls, and a fully integrated audio visual system with motorized window coverings and lighting controls. The build-out allows for ocean views from nearly every location in the space.
