Prevost Construction, in collaboration with a design team assembled by tenant representative Staubach Company, completed a 70,000-square-foot design-build for Stellcom. The building, which had been vacant for over two years, required extensive field investigation of the existing conditions in order to perform a cost-effective renovation. The project consisted of a new cafeteria and dramatic finish upgrades throughout the executive areas and main lobby. The Prevost team coordinated the efforts of several tenant vendors in order to perform the fast-track remodel from start to finish in just 10 weeks.
