Prevost Construction completed customized tenant improvements for the San Diego campus of the largest and oldest golf college in the world, San Diego Golf Academy (SDGA). The Shidler Group retained Prevost Construction for the project which is located in Carlsbad Airport Corporate Center. The build-out provided SDGA with multiple classroom and training rooms for its growing student base. Prevost was also instrumental in the close coordination of tenant vendors that provided high definition camera systems to be used for the swing analysis machines, putting greens, golf simulation machines and open driving range areas. Other improvements included a state-of-the-art club construction and repair workshop, break room lounge, and new reception area.
