Prevost Construction completed a $950,000 customized tenant improvement project for Carlsbad's new state-of-the-art fitness facility, Fuse Fitness. In just three months, Prevost Construction transformed the 16,144-square-foot space from a Good Guys retail store into a top notch workout center. All retail store interior systems were demolished and new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems were design-built for the Fuse Fitness business model. This included infrastructure for the new cardio room, hydro massage, tanning rooms and locker rooms.
