The largest corporate office of Barney and Barney LLC is located in the La Jolla Gateway building of San Diego, owned and managed by The Irvine Company. The 36,500 SF project consisted of complete demolition of two full floors and the build out of new interior space designed by Scott Peterson of Gensler Architects. A partial remodel adjacent to the first floor lobby area was also remodeled to provide space for the expanding insurance services firm. The project consisted of new entry lobbies with hard lids and accent lighting, new conference centers equipped with state of the art audio visual systems, new executive offices throughout mixed with open space for furniture systems, and a new data center.
