Nolte Associates is a globally known civil engineering firm with specific requirements that were utilized in the build out of this project to create a template for all future office projects across the nation. Prevost personnel worked with a design build team to renovate an existing facility and separate this office space from an existing tenant while remaining in operation throughout the project with no business interruptions. The project featured high end finishes throughout and combined Nolte's land and water engineering groups in a dynamic office environment which was designed to increase employee productivity.
