In 1990, Hillman Properties awarded Prevost Construction the tenant improvement contract for Sorrento Towers North. The seven story twin towers included over 221,000 square feet of space to be developed for multi-tenant use. Working with the building architect, Prevost formulated a building standard pricing program to assist leasing agents in their negotiations with prospective tenants. Today, Prevost continues to provide construction services for the new owners, Equity Office. Over 10 million dollars of tenant improvement projects have been completed to date.
