The Stellcom project was a design build collaborative effort with Prevost Construction and the design team assembled by tenant representative, Staubach Company. The 70,000 square foot building was vacant for over two years, and required extensive field investigation of the existing conditions in order to perform a cost effective renovation of the facility. The project featured a new cafeteria and dramatic finish upgrades throughout the executive areas and main lobby pictured below. The Prevost team also coordinated the efforts of several tenant vendors in order to perform the fast track remodel from start to finish in only ten weeks.
