Prevost Construction is the selected general contractor to perform all tenant improvement work for WCB Properties, building owner of the Sorrento South Corporate Center. Texas Instruments is the largest tenant in the two building project occupying over 46,000 square feet. Their build out featured over 15,000 square feet of specialized electronics labs for testing and development of TI's emerging wireless communication products. Large open office floor plans were utilized to provide office space for executives as well as support staff for the laboratory operations. The west tower was also retrofitted with a new 120-ton cooling tower to provide independent, 24 hour AC to the critical operations performed in the lab areas.
