The Aroma Housewares project consisted of a new 12,000 sf concrete tilt up building added onto an existing structure, providing for an expanded warehouse with a new 5,000 SF mezzanine within and 10,000 Sf of office build out. Concurrently, the Prevost team also added another 3,000 SF mezzanine structure and renovated 9,000 of office space within the existing 60,000 sf building. Architectural services were provided by Kenneth D. Smith and Associates, Inc. The new facility serves as their U.S. headquarters for all operations.
