The Countryside Veterinarian Hospital is a 3,700 SF wood framed structure built on a raised foundation. This project was a negotiated design build from concept to completion and stands as the premier facility of its kind in the North County area. The surgical center, dental area, exam rooms, isolation areas, and recovery areas, are all state of the art. The facility is equipped with an oxygen scavenging system, central vacuum, exhaust and special ventilation systems. The extensive plumbing and drain system are all accessible from below the raised foundation. The flooring system is a seamless epoxy self-coving product applied in all areas of animal treatment. The mission style building with its entry lanai makes a stylish and functional place for animal owners to wait in comfort for their appointment with well known veterinarian, Deborah Hofler.
