In a joint venture with developer, Sugarberry Properties, Prevost Construction President John Prevost formed Solana Beach Builders to develop and build eight semi-custom homes in Murrieta, CA. The project included grading and site work of the vacant land, with new utilities, street improvements and a park area for the residents. All homes were built concurrently with floor plans ranging from 2,700 SF to 3,685 SF. Buyers were able to choose from 4,5, and 6 bedroom layouts with a variety of options ranging from the number of bathrooms to custom upgrades and finishes for both interior and exterior. The project was completely sold out when ground was broken with the first buyer occupying their home within fourteen months from the start of grading.
