This facility was originally renovated for Ivac Medical in 1995 for $2.1 million. In 1996, Ivac announced a merger with IMED Inc., and the facility was remodeled again to accommodate the additional employees. The project featured a 30,000 SF manufacturing area which consisted of anti-static flooring, overhead electrical and pneumatic grid systems for workbenches, and a humidity controlled HVAC system. Other upgrades to the building include a free standing 3,000 SF mezzanine and multiple types of storage racking systems with in line fire sprinklers.
